High Performance Coaching
I have recently returned from an excellent few days at the High Performance Unit of Cycling Australia in Adelaide. I learnt many useful things from Australia’s High Performance coaches.
Training wheels to two wheels. First Gear, Let’s Ride
To help children ride without their training wheels. SpokeSixteen delivers First Gear from Cycling Australia. One-on-one sessions (or share the session with a friend). $60 per session. Sessions start on the hour every hour and last approx 45-50 mins. When we book out we’ll do another day! Phone 0468 671135 to book in. Bring the bike and the helmet too.
